PROPHECY OF THE MUSLIM PROPHET IN OTHER RELIGIONS
About the Muslim Prophet:
While some Muslim scholars argue that, the holy prophet of Islam is mentioned in the Christian scriptures and especially, in the Book of Deuteronomy. It is more surprising to find that numerous references to Islam have been made in the Vedas, namely the Rigveda, Yajurveda, Samaveda and Atharvaveda. Not only this, Some Muslim scholars also claim of references to the prophet being made, in the Upanishads and the Puranas and more specifically in the Bhavishya Purana. Although, many translations are done of the original Sanskrit text, mostly these translations appear to be manipulated enough in a way, which praises the prophet and glorifies him rather than adhering to the actual contents.
Authentic Translation:
Although, references to the Prophet Mohammad are made in Hindu Religions scriptures, it seems that they don’t project a good picture of him. According to Maharshi Ved Vyas, it was prophesized that Tripurasura, a demon had sought a benediction from Shiva for rebirth in the Kaliyuga by the name of Mohammad. He would be an expert illusionist and would introduce a terrible and world-destructive religion. An event in the period of King Raja Bhoja is mentioned in the Bhavishya Purana, which has reference of the Prophet Mohammad. It states that owing to the decline of morality on the earth, the king went to conquer all the directions of his kingdom with the help of his commander Kalidasa. After this, the king went along with Mahamada (Mohammad), the teacher of Mleccha Dharma to the Great God Shiva in a desert. Seeing God in front of him, King Bhoja offered prayers and pleased him.
After listening to the king’s prayers, Lord Shiva told King Bhoja to visit a place called Mahakakshvara, which was contaminated by the Mlecchas (people speaking alien language and eating beef). The Lord mentioned that the land was getting contaminated by the Mlecchas. The lord further mentioned that a demon named Tripurasura, who lord Shiva had burnt into ashes, has once again arrived by the order of Bali in the name of Mohammad. After hearing all the details, King Bhoja returned to India via the river Sindhu or the Indus. The expert illusionist Mahamada came along with them and by showing an illusion of Lord Shiva eating his remnants told the king and his followers to worship him. This angered Kalidasa, the commander of the forces and called Prophet Mohammad a rascal.
